You should have damn good blending skills, possibly better than mines.
I don’t want your site to have a layout that’s not made by you. Only if you maintain a blend challenge and you want to put on a challenge featuring a new layout.. or if you really can’t make a layout on your own for a matter of time.

I don’t put any limit concerning age, but don’t behave like devilish kids or I'll send you back to the kindergarden.
·Your site should preferably be in English.
I’m Italian, you know, but I write in English the same way. If you really can’t read/write in English.. how could you have gotten to this point of the site? XD
